• Installation must be performed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master Electrician with valid registration with the Department of Labour.
• A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued after installation, specific to the backup or solar system.
• Installation must comply with SANS 10142 and all its parts.

Warranty Claims Must Include:

1. Installation photos
2. Valid COC
3. Proof of installation by a qualified wireman or Master Electrician
