Installation Requirements

All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician with valid registration with the Department of Labour. A valid electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued after installation. The installation must comply with SANS 10142 and all applicable requirements.

Warranty claims submitted without installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of installation by a qualified wireman/master electrician may be rejected and considered null and void.
