Warranty & Installation Requirements

Important Warranty Conditions:

• All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or master electrician registered with the Department of Labour.

• A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued upon installation.

• The installation must comply with SANS 10142 standards and all its parts.

• Any warranty claim must include:

  • Installation photos

  • Valid COC

  • Proof of installation by a qualified wireman/master electrician

• Failure to meet these conditions may void the warranty claim.
